basketball ncaa history

The place that my company had a reservation scheduled for a holiday party at is going out of business. A couple of us around the office want to lobby for the rescheduling of our event to be held at a karaoke bar.

Iapos;m going to be researching yelp, but in the meantime does anyone know of any karaoke bars in the city that fit these requirements?

-Can host a private party of 50 attendees.
-Can serve hors dapos;oeuvres.
-Has at decent atmosphere...aka not a dive bar.
-Could be available either 12/5/08 or 12/12/08.
